The popular group ATEEZ confirmed their popularity in Japan through their new world tour.
According to their agency, KQ Entertainment, ATEEZ’s “2024 World Tour – Towards the Light: Will to Power” concert in Japan, which opened ticket sales the previous day, quickly sold out.
ATEEZ will hold the concert at Saitama Super Arena in Japan on February 3-4. The following day’s performance will be broadcast live through Japan’s largest satellite channel, WOWOW.
In addition to the tour, ATEEZ is set to release their third Japanese single, “NOT OKAY,” on February 28 and strengthen their presence in the local music scene. On the 29th of the same month, they will also hold a showcase in Tokyo to commemorate the single’s release.
ATEEZ continues to gain popularity locally. Their second full-length album, “THE WORLD EP FIN: WILL,” released on December 1 last year, surpassed 100,000 shipments according to the Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ), earning them a gold certification despite being a Korean album.
Meanwhile, ATEEZ will kick off their “2024 World Tour – Towards the Light: Will to Power” with a signal flare on January 27-28 at Seoul’s Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium. This concert has also sold out well in advance.
